William E. Schellhase
March 21, 1925 - March 15, 2012
William E. Schellhase, 86, of Shohola, PA passed away at Belle Reve Senior Living Center on March 15, 2012. He was a retired maintenance engineer for the Veterans Administration in East Orange, NJ and a U.S. Army World War II Veteran.
The son of the late William and Jane (Whitehouse) Schellhase, he was born in Orange, NJ on March 21, 1925. He was married to the late Mary E. (Norton) Schellhase on February 15, 1947 in West Orange, NJ.
Survivors include his daughter Mary Schellhase of Hamburg, NJ; two sons Robert J. Schellhase of Toms River, NJ, Richard Schellhase of Union, NJ; sister Madalyn Casey of FL; thirteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Charles Schellhase.
Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford Street Milford on Monday March 19, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Church Milford, PA on Tuesday March 20, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Gregory Kelly officiating.
Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery Shohola, PA.

Mary E. Schellhase
Mary E. Schellhase of Walker Lake, Shohola, died at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ, on Monday, May 25. She was 73.
Daughter of Charles and Helen Mahon Norton, she was born August 10, 1924, in Archbald, PA.
Survivors include her husband, William E. Schellhase, at home; a daughter, Mary Tackaberry of Hamburg, NJ; four sons, William E. Jr. of Upper Saddle River, NJ, Robert J. of Tom's River, NJ, Richard of Union, NJ, and Charles of Miami, FL; and 13-grandchildren.
A mass of the resurrection was celebrated at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Shohola. The Rev. Michael Quinnan officiated. Burial was in St. Ann's Cemetery in Shohola.
