Richard W. Clark
Richard W. Clark Sr., 51, of Shohola, Pa., died Tuesday, June 21, 2005 in Huntsville, Ala. He was a program analyst for Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, N.J. He was a member of St. Ann's Church in Shohola, Pa. The son of Harry and Mary (Crawford) Clark, he was born in Newark, N.J. on November 16, 1953. He married Gail Martinsen on October 16, 1976. Survivors include his wife Gail; two daughters, Lisa Clark-Ivy of Longmont, Colo. and Erin Clark of Shohola, Pa.; two sons, Richard Clark Jr. and Colin Clark both of Shohola, Pa.; one brother Harry Clark of Frisco, Texas; one sister, Mary Leonard of Clark, N.J.; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 27 at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, Richardson Ave., Shohola, Pa. The Rev. Thomas Petro will officiate. Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, Pa. from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, June 26. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery in Shohola, Pa.
Edna I. Clark
Edna I. Clark, a resident of Lackawaxen and a longtime area resident, died on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at the Ellen Memorial Health Care Center in Honesdale, PA. She was 81.
The daughter of the late August and Edna Clauss, she was born on April 28, 1923 in Glenburnie, MD.
She was a member of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church in Shohola, PA.
A family statement reads: “She was a loving mother and grandmother that will be missed greatly.”
She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Thomas Clark, Sr. who passed away in 2003. She met her husband during WWII while doing her part for the war effort by working at a PX. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Margaret McKean, who passed away in 1996; two brothers, Robin and George Scheckles; one grandson, George McKean; and one great-grandson, Georgie McKean.
She is survived by three sons, Thomas Clark, Jr. and his wife Debra of Lackawaxen, Robert of Lackawaxen and John and his wife Sandra of Hawley; two sisters, June Kinder and Bertha Pfister; one brother, Herbert Clauss; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held on Saturday, February 11 at the Grey-Rasmussen Funeral Home in Barryville, NY with the Reverend Thomas Petro officiating.
Interment will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery in Shohola.

Thomas M. Clark
Thomas M. Clark, Sr., a retired carpenter and a lifelong area resident, died Saturday, February 1, 2003, at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale, PA. He was 89.
The son of the late William and Mary Kestler Clark, he was born in Tusten.
Survivors include his wife, Edna at home; three sons, Thomas M. Clark, Jr. and Robert W. Clark, both of Lackawaxen, PA, and John R. Clark of Hawley, PA; one sister, Patricia McKean of Virginia; one brother, Joseph Clark of Lackwaxen, PA; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Margaret McKean; a grandson; a great-grandson; three brothers, William, Bernard and Raymond; and two sisters, Gertrude and Bertha.
Funeral services were held at the Gray-Rasmussen Funeral Home, Barryville. The Rev. David Cramer officiated. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Shohola, PA.

Florence B. Stahl Clark
Florence B. Stahl Clark of Tafton, formerly of Greeley, died Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at home. She was 70.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Florence Rainforth Stahl, she was born in Brooklyn, NY. She was the widow of Raymond Clark.
She was a member of Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Hawley and attended St. Veronica’s Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna R. Uhler and husband Edgar, and Tierney L. Ball and husband James, of Tafton; a brother, John Stahl of Flushing, NY; four grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, Sierra and Emelia; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Joann Johnson.
A Mass was offered at Queen of Peace Church in Hawley. The Rev. William B. Healey, pastor, officiated. Burial was in St. Ann’s Cemetery in Shohola Twp., PA.
Gail M. Clark
Gail M. Clark of Shohola died at home on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016. She was 61.
She recently retired from Delaware Valley School District and was a member of St. Ann’s Parish.
Daughter of Donald and Rosemarie (McMahon) Martinsen, she was born Sept. 2, 1954, in Hartford, Conn.
She married the late Richard W. Clark Sr. in 1976.
Survivors include her children, Lisa and Joe Youngblood, Erin and Erick Torres, Richard W. Clark Jr., and Colin Clark and Christina Colahan; siblings, Donald, Leonard, Robert, Mary, Gerard, Rosemarie, and Cathleen and their spouses; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; her three grandsons; and her dog, Delilah.
She enjoyed reading, watching sports, spending time with her family, and encouraging the students of Delaware Valley to reach their fullest potential.
